Warranty Policy
Product Warranty: We offer a 2 years warranty for our products(excluding bulbs).

Within 2 years, if there are any issues or questions about the product, please contact us at support@vanstarlighting.com. with pictures and videos of the problems, you are having. We will reply to the emails within 12 hours, and provide our solutions for the issues you are having.

Covered by our warranty: If the issues are from the accessories we will send you the free replacement by express, and you will be able to receive them in 9~10 work days. If the issue is caused by the electrical circuit, our engineer will help you to solve your problems within 1~2 work days.
(please make sure to use a professional electrician to install the products)

Not covered by our warranty policy: Damages caused by improper use, man-made damages, or natural disasters are all not covered by our warranty policy.
After 2 years, we still provide technical support to help you to solve the issues, but you will need to pay for the replacement and the technical support.
